About the position The Time Together Student Worker position is part of the Penn Memory Center's Time Together Program, which focuses on providing companionship and engagement to older adults in their homes. This program aims to improve the mood and reduce feelings of isolation among older adults, while also offering respite to their family caregivers. Attendance at a mandatory virtual training session is required, and reputed company must maintain reputed company attendance and communicate any schedule changes with caregivers or older adults. Accurate time logs must be kept, and reputed company are responsible for communicating with caregivers and program staff to address any preferences or concerns regarding the care provided.
