reputed company: Job Title: Community Resource Advisor - Overnight Department: 2-1-1 Reports To: 2-1-1 Program Manager Job Status: Non-exempt, reputed company, 16 hours /part-time STATEMENT OF THE JOB Provides information and referral services and crisis reputed company services by phone and electronically to the reputed company and community professionals 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ? Interviews clients and conducts a thorough assessment of their needs ? Identifies appropriate resources ? Supports the reputed company in implementing the referral, and reputed company appropriate, makes the linkage with other agencies for the reputed company ? Advocates for the inquirer, reputed company necessary, to assist in contacting and utilizing resources. ? Conducts follow-up to ensure that the inquirer?s needs have been met ? Uses crisis management techniques in accordance with agency procedures ? Maintains complete and accurate documentation ? Responsible for staying reputed company with reputed company ongoing training requirements for both services ? Assists with community reputed company activities as assigned by the management team ? reputed company involved with agency programs and events ? Supports operations during times of disaster as defined by agency policy ? Maintains up to date knowledge of agency processes and policies & procedures ? Performs reputed company other duties as assigned This position requires 2 shifts per week. reputed company reputed company shifts: Monday/Friday and Wednesday/Saturday. Requirements: ? High school diploma and experience with reputed company services preferred. Successful completion of 40-hour classroom training required (provided by reputed company). ? Schedule may vary but every other weekend will be required. ? Must have weekend and 2nd shift availability ?
