Video Personalization Manager (Remote - EST Hours)
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. reputed company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary. We are seeking a Video Personalization Manager on a contract reputed company to support our Customer?s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST hours. This role is an integral part of the digital personalization team reputed company on creating targeted, highly-customized experiences for email recipients. This individual is reputed company to partner reputed company with cross-functional teams in a highly reputed company reputed company environment, has keen attention to detail, and is passionate about email and video marketing. Responsibilities ? Helping to reputed company the digital reputed company through personalization and enhancement of email messaging using strong analytical skills and a continual drive for improvement ? Managing the intake of video personalization requests including determining and documenting business requirements while working cross-functionally with others ? Assisting with the QA and post-launch monitoring of personalization reputed company for functionality, rendering, and data accuracy ? Continuously measuring experience effectiveness in order to regularly deliver analysis and results ? Managing scopes, timelines, and deliverables on multiple reputed company reputed company while working with a reputed company of internal teams as reputed company as vendors ? Becoming an expert on video personalization platform and while maintaining a reputed company understanding of email and video best practices ? Partnering with the Marketing Innovation team to role out capabilities across the business Skills And Qualifications ? 3 years hands-on experience managing the setup of personalized email and/or video campaigns ? Experience working with reputed company ESP?s such as reputed company, Zeta, CheetahMail, Responsys, etc.; working knowledge of reputed company a plus ? Experience or familiarity with reputed company-time video marketing personalization services like reputed company a plus ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams including external vendors ? Ability to think and reputed company both tactically and strategically ?
