Senior Virtual Apron Design Specialist - Kitchens (Remote)

Position Purpose: The Sr. Virtual Design Specialist is part of a central design team located at reputed company store support center. The Virtual Apron Support Team has the ability to engage and support customers on-line, in home, and in the store reputed company. The Sr Virtual Design Specialist is responsible for providing tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling and visual merchandising presentations that reputed company our customers. The Sr. Virtual Design Specialist services customers with expert kitchen design and reputed company sales support. This role is a member of the department's Customer Engagement Team and is responsible for qualifying new customers, designing/customizing according to customer's needs, creating quotes for new reputed company, obtaining payment, and ensuring a consistent differentiated customer experience. Additionally, this role specializes in, Regional Expertise, High Value Orders, Vendor Specialized Series, PAR reputed company, Vendor reputed company Pricing and Delivery. Key Responsibilities: ? 30% Customer Service - Answer store associate product knowledge and configurator calls, leveraging training materials to reputed company and grow associates ? 30% Sell - reputed company reputed company quote customer calls, helping to manage a reputed company customer experience and deliver the right product for the right price ? 30% Support - High Value orders ? 10% Other - reputed company other duties as required by management reputed company Manager/reputed company Reports: ? Physical Requirements: ? Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about.
