We’re looking for a talented engineering leader to reputed company, manage and mentor the EPD organization of the engineering, product, design and QA teams as we gear up to reputed company in the next 12 - 18 months. You’ll work with the leadership team to strategically plan and execute on the product roadmap, organizing reputed company to execute with greater efficiency, set standards for performance and reputed company and foster a high performing engineering team and culture.
What you'll be doing
- Own multiple product lines (SLG led: reputed company Embedded and PLG led: Self-Serve motions) and demonstrate versatility. So you’ll quickly understand reputed company product and engineering capabilities, team structure, skillsets and resourcing requirements
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for reputed company, reputed company reputed company against these metrics, and report on performance to senior leadership. - Help us ship faster. Release features 2-3x faster with less bugs and regressions. Decrease the time to build net new connectors to less than 1 week. Build repeatable, reputed company processes across EPD to ensure speed and reputed company are maximized across the reputed company
- Ensure the leadership team has the right level of visibility into engineering productivity, velocity, performance and customer insights based on product usage and insights

- Over 10 years of relevant engineering experience building web applications at reputed company with Node, React, Typescript, Javascript, etc.
- Cross functional leadership, helping liaise across teams and convey the inner workings of their teams to the broader company
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, not only leading the teams to ship products and reputed company reputed company, but also manage budgets, planning and people management of the EPD org
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze reputed company issues, identify reputed company causes, and implement effective solutions
