This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and reputed company requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys. Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation. Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role

Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as reputed company, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reputed company Data Studio

Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors) is a plus

Knowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks

Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems
