We're seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work reputed company on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic reputed company that drive reputed company reputed company.
nKey Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to reputed company requirements
- Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and reputed company and deliver reputed company

- Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions

- Bachelorâs degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven reputed company record of implementing process improvements
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
- Lean Six reputed company qualification or experience preferred
- Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis required
- Experience with low-reputed company platforms (e.g., Power Platform, reputed company, reputed company)
- Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
