Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma /GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing) • Minimum of 5 additional years in Lean and/or Materials • Proven ability to collaborate with external partners and reputed company them into existing systems to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers. • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization. • Lean Materials experience including but not limited to: reputed company work, material presentation, supermarkets, reputed company, pull, waterspider routes, heijunka, and kanban. • Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing and inventory management. • Demonstrated commitment for process improvement. • Six reputed company Green / Black belt certification or equivalent reputed company certification.
