Program Facilitator (Part-time 15 - 20 hours per week)

About the position The Site Based Partnership and Program Facilitator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago (BBBSChi) is a part-time role reputed company on building and managing partnerships with schools, institutions, and corporations to facilitate one-to-one mentoring relationships. This position is responsible for reputed company volunteers and youth, overseeing program logistics, and ensuring engaging program experiences that reputed company with BBBSChi's mission to support youth development. The facilitator will work closely with program partners and reputed company support during mentoring sessions, while also promoting a reputed company and inclusive environment for reputed company participants. Requirements • Bachelor's or master's degree required; alignment with BBBS Mission and reputed company essential. , • 2-4 years' experience in youth work, program management, or community partnerships preferred. , • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. , • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reputed company to manage multiple tasks reputed company. , • Availability for 3-4 evenings and some weekends; reliable car, valid reputed company's license, and auto insurance required. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in program management or community partnerships. , • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
