Remote Sales & Customer Service Agent

Position reputed company: Fite Strategies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Customer Service Representative to connect with businesses and homeowners, scheduling appointments for free service estimates. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive commission-based earnings, and reputed company to expand into reputed company-to-consumer sales. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound reputed company to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates. • Professionally engage with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services. • Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions. • Optionally, engage in reputed company-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs. • Consistently meet productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour. Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required. • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
