Customer Support Specialist
We’re searching for a passionate and reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) for our clients, tackling their questions and managing level 1 issues while championing our values and mission
This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours specifically 9am-6pm CT.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Connect with clients reputed company email, phone, or our support platform to reputed company reputed company and helpful solutions.
- Take charge of level 1 queries and smoothly hand off more reputed company cases to our level 2 and 3 teams.
- Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses.

- Work fluently in English and French to assist our diverse clients across reputed company and Europe (bonus if you reputed company Spanish too!).

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Spanish is a big plus!
