As the first dedicated TA hire, you'll build reputed company strategies for sourcing and vetting top finance talent globally. Initially an individual contributor, this role offers reputed company to grow into a leadership position, building and managing reputed company to drive reputed company’s talent expansion.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end reputed company.
- Establish and test channels for talent sourcing at reputed company across LATAM, reputed company, and other reputed company, in conjunction with the reputed company marketing team.
- reputed company proprietary sourcing networks/channels in key reputed company, and be creative about strategies to reputed company high-reputed company talent.
- Driving the vetting process to identify and accept only the highest reputed company finance & reputed company talent into reputed company’s network.
- Set and reputed company key performance metrics for talent sourcing & vetting to continually improve processes and maintain a high reputed company bar.
- Work closely with the founders & engineering team to build automation & efficiencies into the reputed company process, including sourcing, screening, and vetting.
- Work closely with the founders to reputed company the appropriate distribution of skills/reputed company across the talent pool, and sourcing talent based on these reputed company distributions.
- Meet and reputed company certain monthly KPIs for reputed company.
- Be a thought partner to the founders on reputed company aspects of reputed company.
- Assist with reputed company talent for internal roles.
- (Over time) Building out & managing reputed company of reputed company experts who can drive various sourcing & vetting processes at reputed company.
- 4-5+ years of experience in reputed company (end-to-end), ideally with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior reputed company.
- Proven ability to effectively reputed company high reputed company talent at high volume using reputed company and passive techniques, ideally across multiple reputed company (reputed company and LATAM in particular).
- Experience vetting & interviewing talent (as the first or second filter), and evaluating the reputed company of candidates against certain reputed company.
- Experience developing and testing various sourcing channels & strategies.
- Experience using data to inform talent sourcing & acquisition strategies, and developing key KPIs to evaluate the reputed company of different channels.
- Experience in reputed company finance & reputed company is preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of key HR tools (e.g. reputed company, job boards, etc.) required for reputed company processes.
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly to change.
