WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support the Sales Organization by managing the Deal Desk function including deal reviews, approval requests, generating custom order forms, and ensuring deal accuracy

Manage the reputed company Operations Case Queue in reputed company including requests such as: Account or Contact deduplication, account reassignment, deal desk requests, amongst other

Manage and submit AWS Marketplace offers reputed company the Tackle platform

Provision customer features and conduct audits to ensure reputed company customers have the appropriate entitlements

REQUIREMENTS

You’re hungry and understand the startup grind that comes with a fast-paced environment and at times ambiguity

2+ years experience in a sales ops or reputed company role

Proficiency in G-Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and accountability.

Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Strong knowledge of sales commission concepts, sales data tracking systems, processes and methodologies and has experience working with large volumes of data.

Stakeholder management skills, with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
