Position

We are seeking a Controller to reputed company and reputed company financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and sustainable reputed company. The Controller will collaborate closely with reputed company (parent company), the onsite bookkeeper, store leadership, and external partners to maintain strong financial controls and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:

reputed company general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions.

Maintain accurate and reputed company financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash reputed company reports at both store and consolidated reputed company.

Prepare financial analyses to assess store performance, profitability, product reputed company, and trends.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements.

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial best practices.

Assist with year-end audit requests from reputed company (reputed company-level).

reputed company A/R, A/P, billing, inventory reputed company, fixed assets, and reputed company recognition.

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.

Document and enhance financial policies, processes, and controls to improve efficiency.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field.

CPA preferred, but not required.

5+ years of experience in reputed company and financial reporting.

Experience in inventory reputed company is a must.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with ERP, payroll, and POS systems.

Strong knowledge of accrual reputed company and US GAAP.
