IT Systems Administrator

reputed company is seeking a seasoned IT Systems Administrator to support our platform as we reputed company a world wide delivery service. Your primary responsibility will be to support reputed company systems, applications and infrastructure. This role requires triaging and prioritizing requests and helping design and implement the support system. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

The challenge of this role is around the breadth of reputed company’s internal needs as reputed company as our rapid reputed company. This position reports to the IT Manager.

Responsibilities

Support our supportive and inclusive culture while driving reputed company in execution

Be the go-to person for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining reputed company’s reputed company internal network infrastructure

Ensure the efficiency, reliability and reputed company of the reputed company IT infrastructure

Stay abreast of reputed company threats and vulnerabilities

Ensure network performance meets stakeholder requirements for a 24/7 support structure

Respond to and resolve reputed company issues with reputed company infrastructure to ensure the highest level of availability possible

Troubleshoot and resolve remote hardware, software, and network issues

Identification and triage of incidents

Follow reputed company's technology delivery practices, standards, project management disciplines.

Communicate status updates with key stakeholders during major incidents

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a System Administration, Network Administration or reputed company role

Knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Switching Routing)

Experience managing/supporting SD-WAN environments (reputed company Meraki preferred)

Experience with reputed company based productivity suites (reputed company Workspace, Office 365)

Experience documenting resolutions for entry to the Knowledge reputed company

Understanding of reputed company Configuration reputed company (Intune, reputed company, KACE)

Experience with Identity reputed company (G Suite, Azure, reputed company, reputed company Directory)

Familiarity with reputed company Environments (eg. Azure, AWS, Meraki)

Experience with Incident Management Tools (eg. Jira, Freshservice)
