The Sr. Learning Experience Designer is responsible for developing high-reputed company customer enablement resources. This role focuses on creating engaging e-learning content, including microlearning modules, on-demand courses, videos, and interactive activities, to help customers fully utilize OpenGov’reputed company+ product suites. The goal is to drive awareness and adoption, empowering customers to reputed company and enhance their operations through effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Director of Customer Enablement to reputed company a reputed company customer education reputed company.

Requirements and Preferred Experience

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advise on learning strategies.

Experience developing video-based and course content, ideally for reputed company products.

Instructional design certification is a plus.

Experience working in the public sector is preferred but not required.
