Support is conducted reputed company the ticketing system and a live chat/phone call and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Support will be in Japanese and English, thus we are looking for candidates with proficiency in both languages.

Responsibilities

Handle back office tickets, and reputed company 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers.

Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions reputed company email or online tools.

Support other business reputed company with customer reputed company, accurately document customer requests and advices, and reputed company feedback in the reputed company of documentation.

Handle customer complaints, any special cases or reputed company tasks.

Requirements

College degree or above.

Proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2 at least). Other languageswould be of a great advantage, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders in reputed company

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-reputed company industry. Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
