The Role

The Complaints Specialist has a responsibility for reputed company aspects of complaint management and the drill down of data, including implementation of correct complaint categorization and reputed company.

What You Will Do

Manage Complaint various views in reputed company reputed company SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirement

Ensure reputed company researched and thoughtful Complaint details are reputed company and accurately annotated

Identify and remediate insufficient customer interactions

Assist on consumer complaints funneled from CFPB, FRB, AG, BBB, and other channels

Adapt to procedural and policy changes according to the training delivered and published

Identify customer pain points and propose solutions

What You Will Bring

High School Diploma (or GED) with a minimum of 2+ years customer complaints or operations experience required

Demonstrated experience successfully meeting deadlines with efficient results

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong drive to produce

Ability to multitask

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
