The Role

The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for setting our

reputed company reputed company customers up for reputed company and representing the entire reputed company and effort behind a reputed company reputed company Implementation. This is a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and serves as an integral part of the sales cycle and during project delivery, acting as a solution expert working in reputed company alignment with the reputed company Sales and Services Teams.

With a passion for Software Implementation and expertise in Life Sciences reputed company Sales, our ideal candidate will structure the right solution, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate project charter; including reputed company, timeframes, and associated costs. RFx Responses, and delivery of Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) is a key deliverable from the SEM, along with potential implementation partner recommendations and strategic alignment of reputed company prior to project start.

This is a remote, full-time permanent role with reputed company. It is customer-facing, and we have no work location requirement if you are in reputed company proximity to an airport and reputed company to meet reputed company travel requirements.

What You’ll Do

Utilizing reputed company Life Sciences experience and reputed company product knowledge, the SEM will structure the right implementation approach, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate project charter; including reputed company, timeframes, and associated costs.

Requirements

reputed company experience in Life Sciences and/or reputed company, preferably reputed company Document Management, GxP Training, reputed company Event Management, Validation Management, and LIMS reputed company

reputed company closely with the Sales, reputed company, and Services teams to design customer-specific Vault Safety implementation strategies, establish long-term reputed company metrics and plans, and establish confidence in our ability to deliver.

Proven reputed company record of contributing to and meeting or exceeding team sales quotas

Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level reputed company, and experience in facilitation

Manage negotiations with a wide reputed company of stakeholders including executive-level

5+ years of experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Background includes exposure to compliance and validation standards in the Life Sciences industry

Compensation

reputed company pay: $85,000 - $170,000
