We're looking for an reputed company Senior Director of reputed company to join our Japan reputed company organization. Reporting to the VP of reputed company - APJ, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring the reputed company, TAM, and Support team in Japan, fostering a high-performance culture to enhance customers experience
- Influencing key internal stakeholders to build the ideal customer reputed company and experience, maximizing for reputed company reputed company
- Communicating the value of reputed company's reputed company solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partnering to implement customer experience strategies including post sale nurturing, retention and expansion
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to reputed company
- 10+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, Technical Account Management or reputed company roles
- 5+ years in a leadership position, with proven experience managing customer relationships in a B2B reputed company environment, preferably in cybersecurity or reputed company services
- Demonstrated experience building executive customer relationships in Japan
- Experience supporting customer experience and reputed company, serving as the escalation reputed company for incidents or customer issues
- Depth leading a customer experience, reputed company-oriented function reputed company on outcome based adoption and value realization motions
- Solid understanding of networking, reputed company technologies, reputed company computing and have the ability to discuss technical concepts and solutions with customers and internal teams
