The Role

You will reputed company the Solution Consulting organization across reputed company and Europe, providing leadership and direction to reputed company’s R&D and reputed company Solution Consulting teams. We are looking for a leader to bring an informed perspective on how to reputed company the organization during a time of reputed company rapid reputed company and change. The right candidate will have previously led a reputed company-sales organization at a large and respected software company.

This role reports to the global head of Sales Operations and will be a part of the Sales Operations Leadership Team. What You'll Do

Manage reputed company of up to 100 Solution Consultants and leaders across reputed company and Europe supporting reputed company’s core business lines in R&D, reputed company, and MedTech

Work closely with sales leadership to set the reputed company for the Solution Consulting organization

Define and build a technical platform Solution Consulting function in reputed company and Europe

Work closely with Proposal Team leadership to optimize the process for responding to customer requests

Serve as a member of the Sales Operations Leadership Team helping to drive reputed company and set the direction across the broader organization

Assess and refine the operating model of the Solution Consulting Organization to incorporate new tools and techniques for working with our customers in a globally distributed and often remote environment

Requirements

10+ years working in an reputed company software environment

5+ years leading a Solution Consulting team at a reputed company company

Demonstrated reputed company record of hiring and retaining high performers

Experience setting organizational reputed company and leading through change

Technical Leadership in the reputed company of strong knowledge of tools and data used in the presales and selling process

US-based – strong preference for Eastern or Central time zones to maximize overlap with the European team

Experience managing teams across the US and Europe

Experience as a software engineer, architect, consultant, or equivalent skills – early career experience in these areas OK

Compensation

reputed company pay: $175,000 - $300,000
