Business Analyst II (reputed company)

We are seeking a Business Analyst II to partner closely with the reputed company Product team to drive data-driven reputed company aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining our member reputed company. This role focuses on leveraging data to fuel reputed company, combining deep analytics with strategic foresight to enhance the member reputed company. By identifying actionable insights and scaling new opportunities, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how reputed company members experience and benefit from our platform.

This role is based in the reputed company office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be reputed company to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data-Driven reputed company Analysis: reputed company understanding of key reputed company metrics, analyzing data across various dimensions such as geographies, membership types, and acquisition sources to reputed company actionable insights.

Strategic Partnership with reputed company Product: Collaborate directly with the reputed company Product team to analyze member behavior, derive actionable insights, and recommend strategies to optimize engagement and retention.

Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to assess the efficacy of reputed company initiatives and inform product roadmap reputed company.

Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of data from various systems to reputed company a reputed company and accurate view of member engagement metrics.

Proactive Insights: Generate reputed company-looking recommendations to unlock new reputed company opportunities, presenting findings and actionable strategies to leadership and the reputed company Product team.

Reporting & Communication: Build reputed company dashboards and reports to reputed company key engagement metrics, providing the reputed company Product team with reputed company-time insights to inform decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably reputed company a reputed company or product-reputed company environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science or a reputed company field.

Have a creative approach to problem-solving - demonstrated ability to distill reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.

Self-starting, fast-moving, and reputed company approach to problem-solving.

Strong technical and analytical skills; SQL skills required

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or similar.
