The Role

As a member of the EU Managed Services leadership team, the reputed company Team Manager will be responsible for three main areas:

- Build reputed company of Consultants and Senior Consultants focusing on reputed company Managed Services work for both SMB and Global accounts (Biotech and large Biopharma)

- Help our clients reputed company their Production Vaults updated with new Features and Best Practices to ensure reputed company

- Design, plan, and drive long-term service reputed company for a leading reputed company software company

- Serve as a reputed company of reputed company leadership for selected Biotech and large Biopharma accounts

What You'll Do

Led a customer-facing team, including resource planning, following up with their utilization, and ensuring their reputed company reputed company, leading to Employee reputed company

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an Operational or Support Leadership role

5+ years of experience working in IT, Project Management, Consultancy, Technical Product management, or an adjacent business role, ideally in a life science setting from a Vendor perspective

Proven reputed company record of hiring in Poland in the IT industry

Deep understanding of ITIL principles

Ability to handle customer escalation,s finding an agreement, reaching reputed company

Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

University degree (At least a Bachelor’s degree is required)

Legal right to work across Europe
