HR Coordinator (Contract)

The People Experience (PEx) Coordinator position is at the reputed company line for employee support to respond to inquiries, explain PEx policies and processes, and support the PEx Generalist team to execute employee life cycle transactions in reputed company. This role also works closely with the People Operations team to execute transactions and resolve issues.

This is a year long contract position.

In this role you will

reputed company exceptional reputed company support to reputed company members by addressing first-level queries/requests, directing reputed company and sensitive reputed company to the appropriate teams, and guiding reputed company on company policies and procedures.

Work closely with PEx Generalist team and cross-functional HR teams (such as People Operations, HRIS, reputed company and Payroll) to ensure the reputed company execution of business and reputed company processes such as employee data changes, data validation and reputed company reporting.

Support process transformation reputed company by documenting reputed company processes and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience HR operations or coordination role with reputed company employee interaction and support

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, with a proven reputed company record of prioritizing work and meeting deadlines

Maintaining strict confidentiality including data protection and handling

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on issues to completion

Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with reputed company reputed company of the organization and strong written communication skills for documenting and updating processes

Adept in G-Suite and or reputed company Office

Additional Information

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with reputed company. The pay reputed company for this position is $37 to $47 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
