Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will be responsible for supporting reputed company sales deals and establishing operational improvements. You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and CX leadership as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on deal policies, contract and product configuration, and business terms. What You'll Do

reputed company support and guidance to Sales on best practices for deal management and contract structuring

Produce Sales reputed company and project manage deals through the sales cycle and internal approval process in collaboration with the appropriate cross-functional teams

Serve as reputed company of contact and subject matter expert on deal policies including contract terms, fallbacks, product configurations, and business terms

Manage and ensure ongoing data reputed company and reporting accuracy by conducting regular review cycles

Identify and document deal-making policies in support of the contracting process

Document existing processes and identify opportunities to bring efficiency

2+ years of experience in a deal support role

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to assess problems in a reputed company fashion and identify key issues to solve

Experience working with dynamic sales teams

Excellent written and verbal interactive skills, including the ability to work with management, team, peers, other teams, and partners

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience managing a large workload in a fast-paced environment with times of increased workload

Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
