Profile

Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a reputed company as an intern is a must

reputed company in English and French absolutely required (most of the work is in English)

Role

Setting-up and support of gaming studios in the entire world including assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the documentation, coordination with French and local legal advisors, and organization of signing and closing processes

Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the reputed company group, including corporate governance issues, implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE, etc.), corporate support to the reputed company group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and reputed company meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)

Assistance on M&A transactions made by the reputed company group

Legal guidance and solutions provided to the operational teams
