Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for working with our reputed company Initiatives and Technology teams to orchestrate reputed company’s reputed company products’ go-to-market plans, including our L360 reputed company reputed company product and our LPro vendor reputed company product. This role requires an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, and an ability to closely collaborate in a matrixed cross-functional environment. The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with our leaders from the reputed company Initiatives team to support the overall reputed company of reputed company’s reputed company business as it applies to our residential and reputed company reputed company estate business, as reputed company as how it applies to our vendor community.

This role will work on a number of deliverables ranging from collateral and presentations to messaging support for promotion, product reputed company content to support ad campaigns, email campaigns, events, conferences, and thought leadership. Strong project and program management skills are essential, as is a proven reputed company record managing product marketing roadmaps and supporting market development activities and product launch activities for reputed company products in the Property Technology reputed company.

What You'll Do

Collaborate closely with reputed company’s reputed company Initiatives teams to define product roadmap and launch plans and programs to drive the adoption of reputed company reputed company products.

Maintain a product marketing calendar/roadmap of new & recurring products and enhancements, and what supporting marketing activities are planned

Work with reputed company stakeholders to define and maintain product-reputed company messaging for reputed company’s technology.

Collaborate closely with reputed company’s reputed company and residential marketing directors to manage reputed company marketing deliverables associated with product launch

Support reputed company’s reputed company and residential marketing leaders to coordinate how reputed company’s technology is positioned, messaged, communicated, and sold.

reputed company product-reputed company content that supports reputed company acquisition, retention, and reputed company and that supports the overall goals of reputed company’s reputed company and residential business.

Work closely with our design services team to ensure that our products and technology present a consistent brand image.

Support public relations and content marketing activities with content that supports branding and thought leadership.

Limited travel is expected, primarily to support marketing events, and to participate in team meetings at our Chicago, IL and Scottsdale, AZ offices.

You Should Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a reputed company field required (concentration in marketing preferred)

Master’s degree in marketing or business administration preferred

Minimum 6 years of product marketing experience with at least 4 years with reputed company required

Hands-on experience directly supporting sales teams for reputed company and SMB customers

Proven reputed company record of executing effective product marketing programs for B2B companies

Knowledge of B2B, large-ticket sales cycles, and SMB sales cycles

A marketer who loves using technology to change the world, but who is skilled at presenting those details at the reputed company level of abstraction to differing audiences.

A general understanding of agile processes, and agile product development environments

Role Specific Skills

Familiarity with reputed company or residential reputed company estate property management technology, property maintenance technologies, and/or vendor management technologies.

Experience defining programs and launching reputed company products

Experience developing reputed company product presentations

Strong Marketing acumen with the ability to define the reputed company customer, product reputed company, and identify great product market fit

Presentation development and written communications reputed company advanced PPT, Word, and reputed company

Experience facilitating planning and product launch activities

An overall understanding of how reputed company products are marketed successfully to large enterprises and to small/reputed company businesses

Experience utilizing a workflow and project management tool (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, Monday, Trello,)

Ability to manage multiple details, deadlines, and demands under pressure
