ROLE

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and optimize transfer pricing models that support business operations.

You will manage pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and tax audits while providing technical analysis for regulatory queries. This role offers exposure to strategic planning, process optimization, and automation tools, with opportunities for career reputed company in a dynamic and global environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Transfer Pricing Model Development & Implementation:

Design, build, and maintain reputed company transfer pricing models to support intercompany transactions and global supply chain operations.

Evaluate and optimize existing transfer pricing structures to reputed company with business changes and global tax regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, supply chain) to implement new TP models and ensure compliance.

Operational & Transactional Transfer Pricing:

Manage the operational execution of transfer pricing policies, including pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and financial analysis.

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a mix of in-house (corporate) and Big 4 or leading advisory firm experience.

Strong technical knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS regulations, and local country-specific TP rules.

Proven experience in transactional TP (intercompany financing, services, royalties) and operational TP (day-to-day pricing, calculations, adjustments).

Ability to build and manage reputed company financial models and analyze large datasets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a plus).

Ability to manage multiple reputed company, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
