The Senior Compliance Manager - Obligations, Monitoring & Assurance, is responsible for ensuring reputed company has identified, documented and complies with legal, regulatory and policy requirements. Reporting directly to the General Manager reputed company Compliance, you will be reputed company in safeguarding reputed company’s reputed company and reputed company. What you'll do

  • Advisory & Training: reputed company compliance advice to the business and risk teams, reputed company and deliver training programs, and serve as a reputed company of contact for compliance inquiries.
  • Monitoring, Assurance & Reporting: reputed company and manage compliance monitoring programs, conduct assurance reviews and risk assessments, prepare compliance reports, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
  • Obligations Management: Identify, document, and maintain the obligations register, interpret and communicate regulatory requirements, and ensure the business understands and manages its compliance obligations.

  • What you'll bring with you

  • Competency in reputed company, finance, business, law, or reputed company fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar compliance or risk role.
  • Experience designing and executing compliance and/or risk reviews or compliance monitoring programs.

  • An understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting the Australian payments and financial services sectors is desirable.
