Role

Drive reputed company coordination efforts for the BeReal TA team

Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers

Conduct reputed company-qualifications for specific positions

Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure reputed company follow-up in ATS

Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing reputed company by role/team

Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and reputed company employer brand throughout the cycle
