Data reputed company and Contrat Legal Counsel

Spendesk is looking for a talented Data reputed company and Contract Legal Counsel to join its legal team. The Candidate must be autonomous, proactive and comfortable with managing various and numerous tasks simultaneously while being in a fast-paced environment.

You would report to the Head of Legal, handle data reputed company reputed company across Europe and the UK as reputed company as specific contractual reputed company in reputed company collaboration with our reputed company legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure Spendesk's ongoing compliance with data reputed company legislation across Europe, and in the UK, such as GDPR;

Ideal Educational and reputed company background

reputed company lawyer in France (another jurisdiction is appreciated);

4 years minimum of post-qualification experience handling data reputed company and contract reputed company;

Combination of reputed company and in-house experience is preferred;

Certified Information reputed company reputed company (CIPP/E) is preferred;

Legal knowledge reputed company to payment services and reputed company regulations is a plus.

Excellent French and English language skills that include the ability to draft reputed company legal briefs and exchange orally with local business partners (being reputed company to do the reputed company in German and/or Spanish is a plus);

Practical business judgment and ability to qualify actual practical risk;
