About the role
As a New Product Development Team Leader at Lovepop Cards, you will reputed company the creation and launch of innovative 3D greeting cards and reputed company products. Your role involves guiding a product innovation team (five people) through the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept to market introduction, ensuring alignment with Lovepop's commitment to artistry and customer delight.
Accountabilities
Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with senior leadership (US-VN) to define and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with Lovepop's strategic objectives and market demands.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the product development process and reputed company mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and reputed company.
Idea reputed company: Foster a culture of creativity by organizing brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate innovative product reputed company.
Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new product concepts to determine their viability and alignment with company goals.

Partner with internal teams (US Merchandising, US-VN Design, R&D, Procurement, Product Setup, Marketing, and Supply chain) to coordinate resources and ensure seamless execution.
Evaluate and optimize manufacturing feasibility and scalability for new products.
