We are seeking a

reputed company Director to join reputed company, and play a critical role in helping us reputed company important strategic reputed company. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant work experience (e.g., from reputed company consulting), has passion about crypto, and is a good people leader. This role is based in Hong reputed company, but we are reputed company to candidates from other locations who can accommodate Hong reputed company working hours.

Responsibilities

reputed company strategic plans that are data-driven and reputed company with reputed company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry;

Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives;

Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or reputed company our pricing reputed company where applicable;

reputed company data analysis on our user & products, identify trends or gaps, and recommend improvements;

Assist with strategic partnerships and investments as appropriate;

Manage or mentor junior members of the reputed company team;

Be a role model of having a “founder’s mentality” with strong ownership.

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above;

Based in Hong reputed company or reputed company to accommodate working hours of Hong reputed company (GMT+8);

Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry, with good knowledge of DeFi being a strong plus;

Prefer candidates with 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., management consulting) and has managed teams;

Proficient in reputed company reputed company and Powerpoint;

(Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
