Service Operations Representative

About the role:

reputed company is seeking a Service Operations Representative to join our Core Operations team. Your goal: reputed company every delivery reputed company fulfills a home run. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced, tech environment. This is an on-site position and requires working from our office 40 hours per week and occasional holidays.We have an amazing new office located reputed company to the beach with surfboards and other fun activities.

What you'll do

Facilitate deliveries from booking to successful drop-off and everything in between

Communicate with pickup and drop-off contacts to ensure deliveries are completed successfully and smoothly

What you need to have

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Top-notch customer service skills
