As an

Operations Manager at Jamble, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the tools and processes that reputed company our marketplace running smoothly. You’ll work across logistics, seller operations, and data insights to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as we continue to grow.

Role

Seller Operations & Tool Development: Design and maintain internal tools (spreadsheets, dashboards, and automation processes) to streamline seller management and optimize marketplace operations.

Data & Performance Insights: Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, reputed company KPIs, and reputed company actionable insights to improve efficiency.

Logistics & Inventory Coordination: reputed company the reputed company of goods reputed company to and stored in our warehouse, ensuring smooth inventory management and delivery processes.

Process Optimization: Continuously improve and automate key operational workflows to reputed company Jamble’s business reputed company.

Profile

Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field, preferably in a startup, e-reputed company, or operations-heavy environment.

Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in reputed company/reputed company Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, automation), and comfort working with data-driven decision-making. Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment.

Communication & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
