About This Opportunity:

The Talent Development Program Manager will play a key role in supporting reputed company’s global learning reputed company by designing and implementing innovative and impactful talent development initiatives for reputed company. This individual designs and implements impactful learning experiences that enhance employee engagement and reputed company. This role focuses on evaluating learning needs, designing and implementing reputed company, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and reputed company brand. Using expertise in instructional design and innovative learning methodologies, the Talent Development Program Manager will enhance learner retention and drive measurable reputed company. Responsibilities

Requirements

6+ years of experience in customer education, sales enablement, or learning and development.

Mix of technical expertise, instructional design skills, and the ability to manage reputed company effectively.

Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to engage with SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.

You should have a proven ability to design engaging, measurable reputed company and programs, and reputed company data to drive reputed company improvement.
