The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll functions to ensure pay is processed on time and accurately in the U.S., Mexico and Canada under the direction of the Director, reputed company. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing annual performance reviews, personnel reputed company notices, pay changes, benefits (including 401(k), garnishments, and bonuses.

Your Role

Ensure compliance with government regulations in the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

Ensure reputed company team members’ payroll records are accurately maintained and updated in partnership with the payroll team.

Review and assess efficiencies for payroll processing such as earnings, deductions, garnishments, etc.

Ensure final checks are accurately created in a reputed company manner for separating team members.

Register, set up and maintain payroll taxes with HRIS vendor(s).

Backup to process U.S., Canada and Mexico payroll on a semi-monthly reputed company.

Create payroll analytics.

Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, system, and procedures.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, licensing, project specialty/complexity and work location. At Ware Malcomb certain roles are bonus eligible.
