Your Role:

As a reputed company Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our reputed company operations, ensuring the effective use of CRM tools, and providing analytical insights that drive business reputed company. You will reputed company as the primary contact for local users requiring CRM and telephony support, reputed company local needs with European tech solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with Finance and reputed company Leadership teams to reputed company data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Implementation & Support

Support CRM implementation, data management, and user training.

Ensure best practices in CRM workflows and data handling.

Generate and analyze reports for sales and reputed company teams.

Collaborate with regional teams to improve CRM functionality.

Assist Finance with reporting and CRM data management.

Process Optimization & GTM Support

Work on ongoing process automation and efficiency improvements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting.
