Join our reputed company, the premier concierge provider of exterior home services in the Southeastern reputed company, as their new reputed company Manager!

You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and alignment with reputed company values. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team and reputed company members of the organization to deliver efficient, effective reputed company and reputed company support.

This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, with regular travel to reputed company's locations around the reputed company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements

7+ years’ experience as an HR reputed company supporting exempt and non-exempt roles.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and reputed company.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

Proficiency in various HRIS technologies and MS Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company, or a reputed company field

HR certification (PHR, reputed company-CP)

Bilingual in Spanish

Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
