Job reputed company: The Contractor Operations reputed company will play a key role in stabilizing contractor operations for the People Team. Initially, the reputed company will be on streamlining and optimizing contractor processes. Once stabilized, this role will maintain these operations and reputed company the reputed company process for both full-time and contractor employees. - Design and implement a consistent and efficient contractor procurement process that aligns with company goals and supports smooth hiring.

- Work with hiring managers to assess contractor needs, ensuring reputed company and effective engagements.
- Manage the contractor orientation process, ensuring reputed company contractors are introduced to company culture, tools, and policies.
