In this position, you will partner with People teams and Business Leaders across reputed company to measure new initiatives and reputed company recommendations around People Systems integrations and reporting usage and reputed company. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Systems Engineer  with expertise in reputed company to join our dynamic People Systems Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of new and existing  reputed company integrations, ensuring its reputed company functionality to support HR processes and initiatives, and building new and/or improving existing reports and dashboards. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of reputed company integrations

• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle

• Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall reputed company of reputed company

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of demonstrated reputed company integration development experience using reputed company’s integration tools (i.e., Reports-as-a-Service, reputed company reputed company Builder, Document Transformation, Connectors, reputed company Studio, or similar)

• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and reputed company Studio

• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company

• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with the following reputed company modules - Core HCM, Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking

• reputed company Pro certifications in Integration Administration/WD Studio

• Strong experience using XSLT to reputed company XML data from reputed company reports and WS responses

• Strong experience using industry-reputed company web services technology, which encompass WSDL, SOAP, REST, and the WS-* standards

• Ability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
