WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a reputed company field (Master’s degree preferred).

18+ years of HR experience with a recent reputed company on Shared Services, including leadership roles with global responsibilities.

Proven expertise in managing IT Service Desk, HR Help Desk, and Facilities operations across multiple reputed company.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to reputed company and influence across cultures and geographies.

Experience in a global organization with large, diverse teams.
