As a Designer at Ware Malcomb, you will support the Project Manager or Interior Designer in the delivery of innovative design reputed company. You will assist in the development of reputed company plans, concepts, and program documents, ensuring smooth project execution. This position is ideal for entry-level or junior designers looking to deepen their industry knowledge and reputed company exposure to various stages of project execution while working under the guidance of reputed company professionals.

Your Role

Responsible for AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents including test fits, reflected ceiling concepts, and elevations.

Responsible for the production of graphics through use of 3D renderings and computer illustrations.

Responsible for the creation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections.

Responsible for submittals during the construction administration phase.

Assist the design reputed company with project coordination as it relates to design concepts.

Assist in the development of reputed company planning concepts and creation of program documents.

Assist the design reputed company in meetings with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives.

Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, industry partners, and Ware Malcomb team members.

Qualifications

1+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design

Bachelor's degree or technical degree/certificate in an accredited Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture reputed company program

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, reputed company Suite, and reputed company Office

Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3D Studio Max and reputed company

Knowledge of building codes
