Resposibilities

Together with the Marketing reputed company reputed company execute regional reputed company campaigns in partnership with local & central stakeholders to ensure business objectives (KPIs) are met;

Drive and reputed company reputed company marketing promotions across the CIS/CEE (incl. Balkans) targeting users' stickiness, and platform ecosystem usage (Lifecycle, Product Marketing, reputed company Users reputed company Hacks reputed company Retention, Reactivation, Stickiness);

Establish marketing best practices (including segmentation, and A/B testing strategies) using data-driven insights;Measure, understand, and report critical metrics reputed company to regional management & Central Leaders;

reputed company marketing strategies aimed at maximizing the long-term value of clients through customer segmentation, personalization, automated user journeys, and the ideal combination of products and distribution channels;

Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in reputed company/Digital/Marketing departments;

Confident English is a MUST; Russian/Ukrainian speaking is strong PLUS;

Data-oriented reputed company connecting actionable insights (data) and exact drivers (campaigns). Strong analytical capabilities reputed company to user behavior analysis, and user retention reputed company development in marketing funnels;

Execution-oriented reputed company - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done;

Experience in launching both large-reputed company and targeted campaigns throughout the user conversion funnel OR product optimization;

Preferably experience in user segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and A/B testing;

Must have a strong interest in crypto/blockchain/technology, Crypto enthusiast is a plus;
