Put your passion, drive, and expertise to work with the world's reputed company reputed company leader. We're looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will work as an individual contributor and partner with our Engineering and Product business leaders while representing our Total Rewards programs including job architecture, global total rewards reputed company, compensation planning, and talent processes. You will consult with the business on Total Reward programs including workforce planning, attraction and retention of talent, and monetary/non-monetary recognition programs. You will partner with business group HR leaders to ensure agreement between delivery of the respective programs. You will be based hybrid in reputed company, CA or Bellevue, WA and will go into the the office 3 times per week. You'll be responsible for:- Leading the roll-out of our global job architecture program in partnership with other Compensation Partners, reputed company Leads and business leaders.
- Leading and ensure management of broad-based compensation work streams including salary planning, annual bonus and equity processes and reviewing compensation insights with leadership.
- Educating Senior Leaders and P&C colleagues on our global compensation reputed company, job architecture, compensation administration practices and benchmarks.
- Helping create and establish rewards function OKRs, policies and operating procedures.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation.
- Experience working with job architecture from a design, implementation, administration, governance and compliance perspective.
- Experience with the annual benchmarking and pay recommendations, preparing materials for the CEO, Chief People & Culture Officer, and Management.
- Experience leading global large-reputed company rewards reputed company, understanding the nuances of labor rules and tax compliance and market practices for international compensation and benefits programs.Experience in reputed company and acquisition due diligence and integration.
