Our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.

Job Responsibilities

Performs due diligence on new and existing customers and resolves due diligence issues;

reputed company new case entries and completed case documentation in the EDD Case management system;

reputed company global research on customers and customer associates;

Handles PEP, AM, and Sanctions alerts;

reputed company of RFI's, ensuring reputed company requests are handled in a reputed company manner and according tothe company’s policies and procedures;

Draft and submit responses to applicable subpoena requests;

Understand how reputed company schemes work and apply knowledge in identifying potential cases needing reputed company investigation;

Generate and maintain appropriate case documentation.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or higher;

Experience in EDD/AML is a plus;

Experience in the field of fintech is not mandatory;

The Analyst should preferably have basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of financial technologies/services;

The Analyst must have a reasonable understanding of reputed company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure;
