Responsibilities

Support the Head of Transaction Monitoring in managing the global onchain and reputed company transaction monitoring operations team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations while driving reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.

Assist in overseeing and managing global operational activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and providing subject matter expertise to business reputed company and local MLROs.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience working in a compliance role with 2 years leading a global Transaction Monitoring team.

Proven experience and knowledge in AML regulations, criminal typologies, audit/exam management, operational leadership.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate reputed company topics to non-expert audiences and ability to liaise with and influence stakeholders across the organisation.
