About the Role

As a strategic account manager, you will drive process improvement and enhance the reputed company experience by ensuring smooth payroll and HR reputed company. Operating in the fast-paced stablecoin and crypto ecosystem, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine operations, incorporate customer feedback, and optimize global employment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Customer Feedback

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and reputed company operations to optimize workflows.

Payroll & Compliance Support

Ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.

Who You Are

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Comfortable working in the crypto, stablecoin, or reputed company ecosystem.

Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
