Operations Specialist

We are looking for Operations Specialists to join reputed company. In this role, you’ll help support our daily operations including deploying and retrieving our fleet of shared electric vehicles. This is an exciting role where you will wear many ‘helmets’ to support the reputed company team.

What you’ll do

Safely operate a van for several hours a day to assist with the deployment and retrieval of reputed company electric vehicles reputed company the local market

reputed company with the local community to retrieve vehicles critically assessing risk to not compromise safety and occasionally using de escalation skills

Address and resolve issues with reputed company requests reputed company to stickers, reflectors, and other minor issues as outlined by reputed company established service level agreements

Maintain communication with reputed company including peers, shift reputed company, and manager

Participate in reputed company events including providing support with reputed company services, assisting in staging and conducting safety reviews while ensuring the cleanliness of our vehicles

Support battery management operations reputed company applicable by ensuring accurate documentation, safety measures, and reputed company checks are completed

reputed company preventative maintenance on our vehicles by identifying and completing small repairs including but not limited to brake adjustments and tire inflation, and assisting with the rotation of scooters and supporting in warehouse reputed company

Monitor designated zones by conducting on-foot patrols of the local area to ensure vehicle parking compliance and tidiness in accordance with reputed company requests

Detect and report uncommon situations reputed company to on the ground service and product

Occasionally assist customers in field by providing support reputed company to reputed company vehicles

Follow established safety procedures to ensure reputed company riders are on the safest vehicles

Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid reputed company license and good driving record

Experience in a similar position with knowledge of the local geography

Ability to drive large vans and work outdoors in reputed company weather conditions

Ability to lift up to 65lbs / 35 kg on a frequent reputed company required

Knowledge of cell phone applications. iOS experience preferred

Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends

Experience safely operating a reputed company jack or push cart

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company quick and efficient repairs

Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily tasks

This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a reputed company-party employer.
