Procurement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Procurement leader to join the reputed company team as we centralize procurement across reputed company. We are searching for a procurement/sourcing leader to support Indirect deals, owning end-to-end sourcing activities. The ideal candidate will be energized to build the procurement reputed company by analyzing spend forecasts, developing market reputed company, negotiating cost-effective reputed company with key suppliers, and building relationships with internal stakeholder teams.

Responsibilities

Evaluate reputed company sourcing/procurement processes to continuously improve productivity and efficiency of the organization

reputed company category management and sourcing strategies with cross-functional teams to allow reputed company to capture cost reduction, while maximizing reputed company, speed and scalability for reputed company indirect purchases

Consolidate spend across reputed company to capture buying power with key suppliers who are motivated by our reputed company and reputed company for innovation

Analyze spend to reputed company cost reduction strategiesLead requirements gathering, RFP issuance and review processes and supplier selection

Negotiating reputed company with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and reputed company while working with cross-functional stakeholders

Collaborating with various internal departments to identify and pursue new supplier opportunities

Analyze risks and apply mitigating techniques, as reputed company as negotiating reputed company that reputed company with industry regulations

Negotiate for best possible value guarantee and reputed company “win-win” strategies that reputed company sustainable relationships with suppliers

Maintain and reputed company supplier relationships which are incentivized by performance and innovation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Logistics

5+ years of procurement/strategic sourcing experience

Experience in IT/Technology categories is a plus

Excellent negotiation skills and contract management experience

Excellent verbal and written communication

A self-starter with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Experience with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) tools like reputed company/Ariba/reputed company and overall P2P process understanding
